Event Guarantee
The tickets and hospitality packages we provide online are based on the most recent allocations available, offered in collaboration with our official partners and aligned with actual event capacities.
There is a possibility that the event you wish to attend may change regarding spectator allowances and numbers. In such scenarios, we aim to ease your concerns and ensure you have the best possible experience. Should your event be postponed or cancelled, we guarantee your ability to attend an event.
What Does Our Event Guarantee Entail?
- Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date.
- Cancelled Events: If the event is cancelled, our customer service team will contact you regarding your order.
Read below for more details on how we handle various scenarios:
Cancelled Event
If the event you’ve booked is cancelled or held behind closed doors:
- You will have the option to retain the order amount as credit for another event.
- A credit voucher will be issued, which can be used on our website to book another event.
Please note that we can only provide a credit voucher for elements booked through P1 Travel. If you have booked travel, accommodation, or other components elsewhere, we cannot offer compensation should those providers not offer cancellations for events that do not proceed.
Postponed Event
If the event is postponed and rescheduled with spectators:
- Your tickets will remain valid for the new date.
- This will be a direct 1-to-1 transfer of your order to the new date. We recommend checking the event’s updated schedule on its official website before making travel arrangements.
- If you have booked accommodation, we will transfer your hotel booking to the new date.
- Our customer service team will coordinate with you to confirm new travel and accommodation arrangements.
